Squirrel and Sauerkraut

two sectioned squirrels

1 large can of sauerkraut

vegetable oil

salt and pepper

season sqirrel with salt and pepper,cook in oiled skillet until golden brown.

place squirrel in pressure cooker,cover with sauerkraut,add 1/2 cup of water,cook for 20 minuets.

ready to serve.
