Smokey Mountain Fried Squirrel
What you'll need:
- 2 Squirrels, young, cut up
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tblsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Onion, mediu, chopped
- 3 Carrots, quartered
Step 1 Mix flour, seasoned salt, and pepper, dredge meat.
Step 2 Heat cooking oil over medium heat in dutch oven.
Step 3 Fry meat until golden brown.
Step 4 Reduce heat, add water, onions and carrots.
Step 5 Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
